Auurea values transparency, respect, and customer satisfaction. Therefore, we provide a clear Return and Exchange Policy in accordance with consumer protection standards.

Request Period

Customers may request a product exchange or return within 7 calendar days after receipt, in accordance with standard consumer rights practices.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Exchange or Return

For an exchange or return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be in original packaging
  • No signs of use, wear, odor, dirt, or damage
  • Accompanied by all tags, accessories, manuals, and included items
  • In perfect condition, exactly as received

Important: We will not accept products that do not meet these requirements. They will be automatically returned to the customer.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

The store is not obligated to process exchanges due to change of mind related to color, size, model, or personal preferences, as standard retail practice.

However, we evaluate each case individually to offer the best possible solution.

Manufacturing Defects

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must send:

  • Short video demonstrating the defect
  • Order number
  • Email used for purchase

After review and approval, the customer may choose:

  • Exchange for another product of equal value
  • Store credit
  • Full refund of the amount paid, including shipping

After the product is returned for analysis and approval, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

The credit posting timeline may vary depending on:

  • Credit card company
  • Customer's bank
  • Payment method used at purchase

Shipping Costs

In cases of manufacturing defects, all shipping costs are the store's responsibility.

In cases of change of mind or customer error in ordering, shipping and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
